The Site is provided for informational purposes regarding the Residential Distributed Energy Program. Site visitors may use the Site to learn about the program, review program documentation, access program resources, and contact the program regarding inquiries or concerns.

Users may not:

• —Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• —Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers connected to it
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, servers, or connected systems
• —Use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
• —Impersonate any person or entity, including RDEP representatives or affiliates
• —Use automated systems (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access the Site without express written permission
• —Collect or harvest personal information from other users of the Site

Program participation is voluntary. Enrollment in any component of the Residential Distributed Energy Program requires completion of an in-person eligibility evaluation and execution of applicable program participation agreements. Any commitments or benefits associated with program participation are governed by the specific participation agreements executed at the time of enrollment, and not by the general information provided on this Site.

Site content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of program eligibility, program benefits, participation cost, or specific outcomes.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and program documentation, is the property of RDEP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use — requires prior written permission from RDEP.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. RDEP is not a legal, financial, tax, or engineering advisor. Site content should not be relied upon as professional advice. Individuals considering program participation are encouraged to consult qualified advisors regarding the specific implications of participation for their situation.

RDEP maintains a network of program representatives who conduct eligibility screening, in-home evaluations, and enrollment coordination. All authorized program representatives carry program identification. Individuals with questions about the legitimacy of any person representing themselves as an RDEP representative should contact the program directly at info@rdep.org or through the Report a Concern channel available on the Site.

RDEP is not responsible for representations or communications made by any person not authorized by the program.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RDEP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Program information, eligibility criteria, benefits, and terms are subject to change. Site content reflects program information as of the date of publication and may not reflect current program status.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RDEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Site or reliance on Site content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Texas.

RDEP may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
