These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Residential Distributed Energy Program website (the "Site") operated by Residential Distributed Energy Program, LLC ("RDEP," "the program," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site is provided for informational purposes regarding the Residential Distributed Energy Program. Site visitors may use the Site to learn about the program, review program documentation, access program resources, and contact the program regarding inquiries or concerns.

Program Participation
Program participation is voluntary. Enrollment in any component of the Residential Distributed Energy Program requires completion of an in-person eligibility evaluation and execution of applicable program participation agreements. Any commitments or benefits associated with program participation are governed by the specific participation agreements executed at the time of enrollment, and not by the general information provided on this Site.
Site content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of program eligibility, program benefits, participation cost, or specific outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and program documentation, is the property of RDEP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Program Representatives
RDEP maintains a network of program representatives who conduct eligibility screening, in-home evaluations, and enrollment coordination. All authorized program representatives carry program identification. Individuals with questions about the legitimacy of any person representing themselves as an RDEP representative should contact the program directly at info@rdep.org or through the Report a Concern channel available on the Site.
RDEP is not responsible for representations or communications made by any person not authorized by the program.
